The 75+ health assessment is a yearly and bulk billed preventive health check for those 75 and older. It is designed to provide holistic healthcare by looking at a person’s physical, mental, psychological and social health. It involves discussing your personal health needs, identifying and managing risk factors, and managing existing conditions to prevent further illness and chronic conditions.
The goal of this assessment is to promote positive and healthy ageing which we define by maintaining independence, the ability to perform daily activities, physical and psychological confidence, and an overall higher quality of life.
