Valewood Clinic is a private clinic aiming to offer the same standard of healthcare to all.
Outside of these times, Pension cardholders and Healthcare Cardholders are billed at the full private fee. If you do not have a Pension card or Healthcare card, you will be billed at our full private fees schedule.
Extra costs may be associated with procedures/ travel consultations and vaccinations.
Pre-employment medical, periodic medical examination and Vic roads related medical fees vary and can be advised by our reception team. These services are not Medicare rebatable.
We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

Note:
Prescriptions, Pathology requests, referrals and results: All requests require an appointment
Procedures: A treatment room fee of $50 applies (not Medicare rebatable)
Non-attendance: You can cancel your appointment with the GP up to 1 hour before your appointment time without incurring a fee.
Late cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment time will incur a fee, as it is unlikely that we can fill that appointment space.
Failure to attend your appointment will also incur a fee.
